1.Working principle of online cod turbidity sensor
Online cod turbidity sensor is a device that measures the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of solution using ultraviolet absorption without the need for chemical reagents.The sensor uses two light sources for measurement, one for COD measurement and one for turbidity measurement.
Because organic matter dissolved in water absorbs ultraviolet light, the COD value can be measured through the transmittance of the light source, and turbidity can be measured all the way, turbidity compensation can be automatically performed, and temperature can be collected at the same time for temperature compensation.

3. Online cod turbidity sensor installation
Note: The sensor must not be installed upside down and must be installed at an angle of at least 15 degrees.
4. Online cod turbidity sensor maintenance and care
Sensor Maintenance:
If the sensor needs to be cleaned, it can be cleaned with warm water and an appropriate amount of detergent.
Notice:
Avoid strong vibrations to damage the front light-transmitting glass, and do not scratch it with hard objects.
5. Online cod turbidity sensor user calibration
The sensor has been strictly calibrated before leaving the factory and generally does not require user calibration. If user calibration has been performed, you can execute the factory reset command to restore it.
5.1 Zero point calibration
Place the sensor in a container and use distilled or purified water as the solution. After the value stabilizes for 30 seconds, perform turbidity zero point calibration and COD zero point calibration according to the communication instructions.
5.2 Slope Calibration
Immerse the sensor in a solution container with a known turbidity value. After the value stabilizes for 30 seconds, perform turbidity slope calibration according to the communication instructions.
