Water Fertilizer Controller

The Water Fertilizer Controller is an agricultural equipment that precisely controls the mixing and distribution of fertilizer and water. This machine agitates the fertilizer through a motor to mix the fertilizer and water, and then delivers the mixed fertilizer and water to the ground through a piping system with a booster pump. This way, plants get both water and nutrients, which is both convenient and efficient.

Water and fertilizer machines use sensors to check the water, nutrients, and pH levels in the soil. This data helps the central controller know what the soil needs. The controller uses this information to automatically open and close valves and decide when to water and fertilize the plants. This saves labor and fertilizer. Also, the controller has to be strong and durable to work well in all kinds of weather.

The Windway Water & Fertilizer Multi-Channel is equipped with a 1.5 kW stainless steel fertilizer pump with a flow rate of up to 250 liters per channel per hour. The system supports intuitive control via a 7-inch touch screen and offers 4 channels of external zone solenoid valve control, expandable to 256 channels to accommodate different sizes of irrigation.

Built-in water head control and fertilizer mixing and stirring functions, as well as a 485 interface for easy communication with external equipment. Support a variety of irrigation modes, including zoning cycle and timed quantitative control, can automatically adjust the irrigation time according to different time periods, and the control software can be customized according to user needs.

The system is designed to be flexible and can be set up with multiple fertilization programs according to different crops, and has memory storage function. It can be docked to the Internet of Things platform to realize a wider range of intelligent control, supporting the expansion of wired and wireless solenoid valves and weather station control functions.
