Pest and disease problems have become more prevalent with newer farming practices and global warming. The number of pathogens and pests in the soil and environment is now high, which poses a challenge to crops.

Wheat blast monitoring equipment collects environmental data such as temperature, humidity and rainfall, as well as pathogen spore information through sensors. This data is uploaded to the cloud, where cloud computing technology is used to predict and warn of diseases such as wheat blast, powdery mildew and corn big spot, helping farmers take timely measures to protect their crops.

It acts like an intelligent agricultural assistant, using high-tech sensors and networking technology to monitor the growing environment of crops. Based on the data collected, the system uses an intelligent model to predict whether the crop is likely to get sick and how severe the disease will be. If a disease risk is predicted, the system tells the farmer via cell phone or computer so they can take timely action to protect the crop. The benefit of this system is that it allows farmers to know the condition of their crops faster and reduce losses, and it is simple and easy to operate.

This smart monitoring and warning device consists of three key components.

The first is the environmental monitoring module. This module acts like an environmental detective, specializing in collecting and monitoring key information in the growing environment of crops, such as temperature, rainfall and soil moisture.

The second is the data transmission module. This module is equivalent to a data courier, which takes the data collected by the environmental monitoring module, encrypts it through a wireless network, and securely transmits it to the cloud. This allows farmers to access this data in real time, no matter where they are.

The third is the Spore Catcher. This module is a key tool for disease monitoring, capturing disease spores on crops such as wheat. By analyzing these spores, signs of disease can be detected at an early stage so that preventive measures can be taken.

This system collects crop growth data through sensors, calculates the risk of disease using a prediction model, and then notifies farmers via cell phone text messages and other means. Farmers adjust pesticide use based on the information to reduce residues and improve crop safety.
