1.Radar current meter product introduction
Radar current meter is an integrated non-contact measurement device for water level, velocity, and flow. It has built-in high-precision velocity and water level sensors.The Radar current meter developed by our company adopts K-band planar microstrip array antenna, which is energy-concentrated and low-power. The instrument integrates functions such as vertical angle compensation, velocity averaging, signal strength detection, and serial communication control. The non-contact radar current measurement system is not corroded by sewage or affected by sediment when measuring velocity. The civil construction is simple, less affected by water damage, easy to maintain, and ensures personnel safety. It can not only be used for routine environmental monitoring, but also is particularly suitable for undertaking urgent, difficult, and dangerous observation tasks.

Installation diagram is as shown in the figure. On-site installation can be done with the help of existing building foundations such as bridges and brackets, but it must be ensured that the direction of the velocity meter radar wave emission is parallel to the direction of the water flow, and the velocity meter emission wave is 45° to the water surface. The factory default adjustment is 45°
6. Radar current meter installation precautions
1. Installation requires stable flow, straight channel, far away from the gate outlet, channel elbow position
2. The installation height should be controlled within 5 meters as much as possible (the closer the distance, the stronger the measurement signal and the more reliable the data)
3. The water flow rate is lower than 0.25, and the water ripple is small, so it is feasible to measure unstable
