1.Working principle of online turbidity sensor
Online turbidity sensor is a very precise turbidity measuring instrument, which measures the scattering of light to determine the concentration of particles in the liquid.Online turbidity sensor determines the concentration of particles in liquid by measuring the scattering of light. It uses a light source to illuminate the liquid and then measures the intensity of scattered light at different angles. This sensor uses the 90° angle scattered light method, linearly processes the collected values, and outputs the turbidity value after a temperature compensation algorithm.

3. Online turbidity sensor installation
Note: The sensor cannot be installed upside down or horizontally, and must be installed at an angle of at least 15 degrees. The test port will not touch the container wall within 5CM to the left and right, and 10CM below.
4. Online turbidity sensor maintenance and care
Sensor Maintenance:
If the sensor needs to be cleaned, it can be cleaned with warm water and an appropriate amount of detergent.
Notice:
Avoid strong vibrations to damage the front light-transmitting glass, and do not scratch it with hard objects.
5. Online turbidity sensor user calibration
The sensor has been strictly calibrated before leaving the factory and generally does not require user calibration. If user calibration has been performed, you can execute the factory reset command to restore it.
5.1 Zero point calibration
Place the sensor in a non-transparent container and use distilled water or purified water as the solution. Ensure that the sensor's test port does not touch the container wall within 5CM on the left and right and 10CM below. After the value stabilizes for 30 seconds, perform zero point calibration according to the communication instructions.
5.2 Slope Calibration
Place the sensor in a non-transparent container and use a solution with known turbidity (the turbidity value must be greater than 20% of the range). Ensure that the sensor's test port does not touch the container wall within 5CM to the left and 10CM below. After the value stabilizes for 30 seconds, perform slope calibration according to the communication instructions.
